Hi Tam, Thank you for your review. I've requested that Customer Support get in touch, as there may be some confusion regarding the test results. The image above shows that the drug test windows (on the left) have visible control lines, while the alcohol pad does not. This is expected. Unlike the drug test strips, the alcohol test pad does not include a control line. Instead, it is interpreted by comparing the pad's colour against the reference chart provided. Regarding any other invalid results, our Training Advisors can provide guidance and share some tips to help ensure a sufficient saliva sample is collected on the swab. Occasionally, air bubbles can become trapped inside the device, which may prevent all of the test windows from activating correctly. If this happens, gently tapping the device on a hard surface can often help release the air bubble and allow the test to activate properly. UKDrugTesting

“Brought these a couple of months ago as my son was coming home in a shocking state, it was his suggestion everytime we accused him of taking drugs he would offer to go and get a test as he would arguehe had taken no drugs, but instead we brought this pack of 10, I showed him the kit and hey presto he stop coming home stoned so unnable to say if they work or not but the threat of taking the test seems to of curbed his use.”
