ALLTEST ten didn't work at all. Not sure if the test was faulty or our process was flawed but we followed the instructions.

If you had no lines appear this is an invalid result and is usually do to inadequate saliva samples being collected and added to the drug test kit. Could not get a positive as was trying to test how long to wear off and be able to drive, had 3 full joints in a 1hr period waited 30 mins and got a negative, my colleague done similar he couldn't get a positive either.

Dear Billy, We are very sorry to here that you have had a problem using the drug test kit. Two lines (C and T) on the drug test is a negative result and one line (C Line) is a positive result. If you had no lines appear this is an invalid result and is usually do to inadequate saliva sample being added to the drug test kit. Received this product and the oral solution and tray was missing from the product otherwise it would have been a good review for it

The oral solution referred to in the instructions is the saliva that is obtained from the person who the drug test is being conducted on. The line for negative is very faint. After the third test which had a faint line, I wanted to check it wasn't because of recent use, so did a couple of tests myself (I have never used a class A drug in my life) and the line was still as faint. You can still just about see it which according to the instructions means negative but it doesn't install confidence.

Okay test, not overly clear on how many tests were being purchased (believed to be multiple and not just one test!) Expensive considering single test.

We are pleased to hear that you found the drug test kit to be good but sorry to hear that you felt the test was expensive and that you were unclear on the number of drug tests that you had purchased. The single integrated drug test cup you purchased for £6.80 tests for 13 drugs on one drug test kit and gives an individual result for each drug group, and so does cost more than a drug test that tests for fewer drugs. We do have much cheaper drug test kits that test for a single drug group or multi panel drug test kits which also cost less per drug test kit as they do not have a built in drug test cup. Ordere something first class on 15th. It’s now the 22nd at it hasn’t arrived. Been staying in especially. Not happy! Called to complain daily. Eventually, a new parcel was sent and received the next day: that’s more like it! Well done in the end.

Passed thc test after smoking joint 30 mins prior either i detoxify quickly or these dont work

Saying positive for cannabis even after 100 days so summet not right

We are sorry to hear that you are having a problem with your test results. I will ask customer services to contact you or you may contact them yourself to resolve this for you and make sure that you are using and interpreting the results correctly. Two lines is a negative ie no drugs detected and one line ( C line ) is a positive ie drug detected. False positive are extremely rare with Cannabis so I think you may be misreading the results. Cannabis does not test positive after 100 days unless Cannabis has been ingested in some way during that time. Was under the impression from the information on the purchase that it was more than one test but turned out to just be 1.

It is one test kit that tests for 13 drugs with individual results for each drug group tested, so the drug test panel does in fact have 13 tests built into it. Don’t change people for next day Delivery went you don’t get it I payd 9 pound to get my stuff before 1 and never received it till the day after ☹️☹️

Purchased 3 of these at £8+ and the first kit has not worked at all - nothing. Checked and the sponge was very wet... not very happy about it.

The most common reason for getting no test or control line on a saliva test is an inadequate oral fluid sample to run the test or failing to remove the cover from the sample collector. I found taking the readings confusing. It would be much better if there were no control or test lines and just a positive or negative reading. I have been a victim of my neighbours drug use for 28 months which has caused horrendous Anaphylactic type symptoms and I needed definitive evidence that their drug fumes were in my system. It looked like a positive reading for heroine and cocaine but there was an extremely faint line beneath the top thick red line. I do not think I can use this as evidence for the Police even though their retched fumes continue to causing burning ear, nose, throat and oesophagus, respiratory distress, sinus inflammation and sinus headache, drowsiness, tingling lips and tongue with soreness of the tongue, extreme nausea, tickly cough, pain in the throat, even ear ache and head pain. This is why I needed more expert evidence.

We are very sorry to hear about your problems with your neighbours and that you found interpreting the result difficult. The faint line is still a negative result ie no drug detected. It would be very unlikely to get a positive drug test result from passive inhalation. If you send us a photo of your result by e-mail to customerservices@accessdiagnostics.co.uk we will have a look at it for you, and advise if it is positive? or negative.
