I think this must have been a packing error as all test are supplied with an instruction sheet normally, as well as a colour chart if required. I will ask our customer services team to contact you to resolve this for you. Sometimes it can be a misinterpretation of the results. False positive are very uncommon and are usually due to a cross reaction, inadequate sample collection, a failure to perform the test correctly, or a misinterpretation of the result.
