“I cant fault the service yet again of UK Drug Testing. Quick and easy with fast delivery. Email queries are dealt with promptly, almost by return. I also love the efficient refund response due to us being in the CI's and being zero rated for VAT. UK Drug Testing makes the process simple making my job easy.”

“Purchased 3 of these at £8+ and the first kit has not worked at all - nothing. Checked and the sponge was very wet... not very happy about it.”

Thank you for the feedback. We are very sorry to hear that you had a problem using the test. The most common reason for getting no test or control line on a saliva test is an inadequate oral fluid sample to run the test or failing to remove the cover from the sample collector. The swab does have to be very wet. I have asked customer services to contact you to resolve this for you.
