“Very easy to place an order. Paid £9.95 for next day delivery but did not arrive until the following day which was disappointing. When item became faulty customer service was excellent, organising a replacement part and then the whole unit.”

“I would definitely recommend UK Drug Testing as my test arrived before my estimated delivery date. As this was my first time ordering a urine test for my partner I was a little sceptical but the result was extremely accurate. It was so simple to understand and there’s a number for you to call if you’re unsure how to read the results but it’s really straightforward.”

Dear Niki, Our customer support team will be in contact with you to help you with interpreting the results, and resolve this for you. False positives are very unlikely with the drug test kit that you have purchased, so I just wonder if you are misinterpreting the results . Make sure that you reading two lines as a negative result (i.e. no drug detected) and one line (control line is visible but no test line) as a positive result. Customers often find this confusing as it is the opposite of other tests like pregnancy tests or lateral flow Covid test kits. You may also call them directly by telephone on 01263 731 168 or email them if you ever need any advice.
