“I ordered 3 tests they charged me for 3 tests but only 1 arrived. I rang uk drug testing and they sent the other two out in the post next day delivery the staff was very helpful and very professional regards HIGHWAYS SERVICES LTD”

“I purchased the item based on the advertising which led me to believe the item represented amazing value. I gave a poor review believing that the advert was deliberately misleading. I found the advert had been worded in a manner which was not a deliberate deception but merely a mistake. The company has shown amazing concern relating to my comments and has changed the wording having agreed it could be mis read. Throughout I have stated that the product is of good quality and value even with the mistake. I have been fully refunded which I did not request and the matter is closed. Companies with such customer focus are rare in todays market place and anyone can make similar purchases in the knowledge that any complaint will be professionally handled.”

“I ordered on August 14th, nothing had arrived by the 19th so I emailed to request an update and tracking info, by 22nd I still had no response to my email nor the ordered products :((”
