“Great telephonist explained in full and real talk (not medical mumbo jumbo I don't understand) what it was I required and was really helpful. Came nxt day which was brilliant also. Only downside is I didn't revive a leaflet on how to use it or what means positive or negative so not much good to me as I'm unaware of what's what lol”

“The staff are polite and the delivery speed excellent. However we have been disappointed by the inconsistency of the saliva tests and therefore the quality of the product. Having had to carry out a general test using 12 saliva kits at once there were problems with some of the strips in some of the pots not registering a result (so 'invalid') even though the saliva spongestick had turned purple in each case. It looked like some strips were more prone to being invalid than others.”

I will ask customer services to contact you to try and resolve this for you. It can sometimes be a problem with a 12 in 1 saliva test kit getting an adequate amount of sample into the test to run all the test strips. It may be worth you having some urine tests as a back up for if this happens.
