“What an amazing service. I ordered my kit as I'm applying to be a prison officer and wanted piece of mind before I took the application any further. I ordered on Wednesday at 21.00 and it arrived Friday morning. If I could give more stars for service I would.”

“Product was delivered on time, but the test is somewhat unclear to the point where a phone call had to be made to establish positive / negative, this should be clearly identified on the literature, it should note a very very faint T line is considered negative. When this type of situation is new to you and you are trying to get peoples life back on track you need absolute POSITIVE or NEGATIVE to be clear. Customer services helped to describe the very very faint line as being absolute Negative”

We are sorry to hear that you had difficulty interpreting the results. Glad to hear that the customer services team where able to assist you. It would be great if the result was always a very clear positive or negative but sometimes drug test results can be faint. We have today double checked the instructions and it does actually say this in the instructions, under the section titled important , at the bottom of the instruction sheet, that the test result may sometimes be faint and that this is still a negative result.
