“Making a booking with Vicky is very easy. Brad has been out to us twice now, so he knows our house and our set up. He comes at 7am which is great for me as I don't need to take time off work. He is quick, reliable, friendly and explains how to use the products, and what can be done to fix faulty circuits. I wouldn't go anywhere else for under floor heating. I'm very happy with UFH.”

“Really great, efficient service from beginning to end from UFH Services. Vicky in the office replied quickly to my initial email, answered all my questions and arranged an appointment to suit me. The engineer that came was friendly, explained everything really clearly and was able to fix the problem. I would have no hesitation in recommending UFH services.”

“After a fault appeared on a customers heating I contacted the manufacturers who couldn’t attend for 5 weeks. After a call to UFH Services the appointment was made and repair carried out within 10 days. Very efficient team, from the office right through to the engineer! Highly recommended!”

“From the first minute I Googled underfloor heating and was led to your Company, I was impressed by the efficiency of your service. The competence, humour and character of the two ambassadors who turned up representing your Company was second to none. They were knowledgable of the products, replaced old parts with speed and efficiency, a first class installation of new items too. Highly recommendable to anyone seeking a competent solution to any underfloor heating system.”

“The underfloor heating in my bathroom developed a fault after 4 years which the manufacturer suspected might be due to a problem with the heat mat. Late last Friday, they contacted UFH, who got in touch within minutes and today, just 3 working days later, they had fixed the issue. I was mightily impressed with the professionalism, competence, courtesy, cleanliness and speed my problem was handled with. I am so relieved that only 1 tile had to come up as I had visions of needing to rip the entire floor out which would have been a complete nightmare. I have nothing but praise for UFH and would warmly recommend them to anyone who has a problem with their underfloor heating.”

“Just had my underfloor heating repaired by the UFH team. From the first call to set up the appointment to the actual repair. We have seen and had nothing but friendly professionalism. Brad & Louis were great, knew their stuff, efficient, friendly and neat. Thank you. I would definitely recommend them to family & friends and any body else who wanted to ask. M”

“Doug was punctual, polite, knowledgeable, efficient, effective, tidy and friendly. He located the recent fault in our old ESWA under-carpet system very quickly and then expertly repaired both the old and new cable breaks. Vicky was also extremely helpful and knowledgeable, and the job was invoiced exactly as quoted. I would highly recommend UFH on the basis of this experience.”

“From start to finish I would highly recommend UFH. Vicky in the office is helpful, friendly and above all is very clued up technically. Brad arrived when he said he would and was very confident he could solve our problem. Brad quickly found the damaged wire and repaired it there and then. The system was up and running and good as new. All with very little mess. If you have underfloor heating issues phone these guys.”

“Very friendly and helpful service. The early appointment meant minimum disruption to the working day. Prompt arrival and efficient throughout. Like many others we were fortunate that the fault was easy to find and repair as therefore less costly than quoted.”

“Vicky booked us in for a repair and gave me confidence they would find the fault. Vicky then called on the morning of the repair and said Brad will be with you at 9.10 and at 9.10 the van pulled up. Brad with all his test equipment found the fault quickly and repaired the problem. Cant really believe he found it as it as was an in screed cable... Really great service :)”

“Brad turned up spot on time, diagnosed the problem and fixed it efficiently and quickly. He then tested to make sure the whole system was working properly before giving us a lesson on how to use the new controller. He was pleasant and friendly and I would definitely recommend UFH”

“All the glowing reviews on this site are well founded. Dealing with UFH from start to finish was an absolutely pleasure. I somehow managed to damage my under floor heating while putting the final levelling compound down, so I had no way to find where the damage occurred. I googled and googled trying find advice on how to fix it. If you are doing the same, do yourself a favour and forget google and get UFH down. The engineer arrived with a smile on his face and a huge piece of bespoke kit for identifying the break. Everything is now fixed and I am a one happy customer. Cheers!”
