They were very happy to try and fix your problem on the phone for no money. That is good service. When this did not work appointment booked for 2 separate underfloor heating problems. They turned up on time and fixed both problems. The engineers were very happy to discuss what they were doing and were extremely polite and forthcoming. I learned a lot from these people about what to do an what not to do when laying UFH. If you have a problem call these guys. Simon

When our underfloor heating stopped working, I searched the internet to see if there was any way it could be fixed without having to dig up all of the flooring. Even after finding the UFH website and reading all their information, as our flooring just kept tripping, I just couldn’t understand how it could be repaired hence it took me a while to make a decision on what to do. Well I’m so glad I did contact UFH in the end as my flooring is now working. Vicky was very helpful and easily accommodated my appointment time around my working hours for that day. In no time at all the guy (I’m sorry I don’t recall his name) found the problem area and started working on it. I’m so impressed with their excellent and efficient service, I would definitely recommend UFH if you need your flooring sorted.

I contacted UHF as a last resort, not really anticipating that a solution could be found. It did indeed prove to be difficult but Doug persisted and, once located, the faulty cables were skilfully repaired. Disruption was kept to a minimum. Thanks to Vicky’s professionalism I was not left wondering if or when Doug would arrive and she even contacted me on the morning of the visit to let me know when he was on his way.

Doug arrived spot on time at 7-30 am & solved a worrying problem. He did this efficiently & very professionally & it was a pleasure to deal with him. My recommendation is that you give him a pay rise as he deserves it!

Excellent, friendly and efficient service from start to finish! First contact with Vicky on the phone who was really friendly and helpful. A visit was arranged within a week, Brad turned up at the time arranged and quickly and efficiently located the source of the problem. Thankfully it was the thermostat so easily rectified. He was very informative and explained what he was doing throughout the visit. Completely happy with the service received - no hesitation in recommending this company.

From the first contact with this company I was very impressed with their professional attitude and excellent communication. When Lois and Brad arrived on site they very quickly identified where the fault was under the tiles. they carefully removed one tile and excavated the adhesive and latex to reveal a burnt out end tail. this was repaired and the system tested to reveal all working. I was then able to re-bury the cable and replace the tile. you can't see any evidence now. Happy customer!!! I would highly recommend this company.

From our first telephone contact with UFH the assistance and good service we received was excellent. Every conversation with Vicky was clear, and confirmed by email within the same day. The operative arrived on time, quickly located the damage, and made the repair with minimum of disruption, leaving the whole area clean as a whistle. From my experience of their service, I highly recommend UFH.

Great service from first phone call to completion of work. Brad located the fault before the kettle had boiled! Problem explained fully and remedied in less than 2 hours. Would recommend UFH to anyone, thanks very much.

Good communication before site visit, punctual. The Engineer (Doug) was excellent, friendly, efficient and let me know exactly what he was doing, and why. Had to break out one floor tile - could have been worse. Problem sorted. Doug also gave some useful money-saving tips for future operation of the system. My only gripe - the cost!!

after discovering a fault with a customers underfloor heating system I called UFH. within one hour an engineer attended site. a further hour saw the problem rectified and the system back up and running. i found the engineer very knowledgeable and very friendly. hopefully we wont require your services again but if we do i will be happy to use you. please pass our thanks on to your engineer (doug i think)

Efficient clean operation with minimal fuss and disruption - state of the art machinery to detect problems under tiling without digging up the floor! Very tidy operator who was obviously very experienced and diagnosed the problem quickly and cleanly leaving everything vacuumed and immaculate. Thank you.

No-one wants broken UFH - it's just miserable. But from that grudging moment of accepting that it's knackered and someone needs to fix it I can't imagine a better outfit than these guys. Everything they said would happen did, on time, and while I did wince a little at the quote, when I saw the expertise and work that was needed I totally got it. Professional, careful and very knowledgable (including Vicky on the phone) - wish everyone was like you lot!

Professional organisation from start to finish. Repair operative was friendly, polite and would not stop until he found all the faults and repaired them. Heating system now works as if new. Highly recommended from my experience.

We still have to wait until our builder's screeding has proved before fully testing the repair. But, given the expertise and hard work Brad expended on the fault, we have every reason to be confident of success. Confronted with a particularly tricky problem, he thought his way round it, spending several hours with us locating the difficulty and effecting a repair. And he did this with unfailing good humour, which was a real bonus.

UFH contacted me after I initially contacted the company who supplied the heating source for my conservatory. We have had exemplary service and communication with UFH throughout the process from start to finish. My problem could not be fixed which I think was more of a disappointment to the engineer and UFH than myself (things happen). An installation error had caused the system to fry itself and was beyond repair. UFH was decent enough to reduce their cost as it could not be fixed. Thanks to Vicky who explained the whole process and laughed at my jokes.
