“All the glowing reviews on this site are well founded. Dealing with UFH from start to finish was an absolutely pleasure. I somehow managed to damage my under floor heating while putting the final levelling compound down, so I had no way to find where the damage occurred. I googled and googled trying find advice on how to fix it. If you are doing the same, do yourself a favour and forget google and get UFH down. The engineer arrived with a smile on his face and a huge piece of bespoke kit for identifying the break. Everything is now fixed and I am a one happy customer. Cheers!”

“I cannot write a glowing enough review - from speaking to Vicky on the phone to Brad fixing our heating problem, my whole experience with UFH was exceptional. Even our 4 year old boys were given a demo of the infrared scanner! I only wished we'd called them sooner rather than agonised over what we thought might be an expensive problem! Would highly recommend.”

“From the moment I spoke to Vicky my mind was put at rest that all my problems were solvable. Bradley attended twice to rectify problems and to replace pad in shower room. The work was carried out with the minimum of fuss and now all working well. I certainly recommend UFH to anyone with under floor heating”

“Excellent!!!! Significant damage to the heating system due to floor repairs and I thought there was no hope in getting my 'warm toes' back. Spoke to Vicky on several occasions and with all fingers and toes crossed Doug turned up bright and early. Within a few hours the 'potential all day job' was completed and working perfectly. Although felt a little expensive, the guarantee of getting the work done correctly with the right tools put me at easy. And earlier finish meant a reduced price!! Would definitely recommend UFH (although I'm hoping that I don't have to see them again :-) )”

“Brad acquitted himself brilliantly keeping me informed of his progress down the M1 and then promptly getting on with the job when he arrived. He was polite and professional and I learned a lot just watching him work. Finally he kindly installed a backplate for my programmable thermostat that the electrician had neglected to do so.”

“Excellent!! Expensive, but you get what you pay for!! The chaps were ahead of time, but rang first to make sure that it was okay to come early. The fault was found and repair made within 40-50 minutes. NB: Tiles are broken to find/repair the fault if necessary, but the company DO INFORM YOU IN ADVANCE that this will happen!!!”

“UFH did a fantastic job of identifying a fixing the problems in both my conservatory and bathroom systems. From start to finish it was an effortless process. Vicky made all the arrangements, and on the day Brad and Louis talked me through the entire process throughout the repairs. They were all courteous, informative and highly professional.”

“UFH were prompt, pleasant and efficient. Vicky scheduled the job beforehand without any fuss, the engineers arrived exactly at the time that was agreed, and they efficiently carried out the work that was needed. When they were in my house the chaps were extremely pleasant and kept me informed of what was being done at all times. After the work was done, Vicky followed up with a call to check everything was satisfactory. Very professional service at every stage of the job.”

“Called them to help fix an underfloor heating problem. Made the request online and they called me back the same day. Doug helped me diagnose the problem without coming out to my home. They suggested a fix, I tried and they even asked me to call them back to see if it worked. Great customer service and as it was free of charge. They did not just want to come to my home and charge me a call out fee. A truly reputable company!!”

“Doug was on time, clearly very experienced and persistent in tracing and fixing the problem with the underfloor heating. The work was carried out professionally and he cleared up all the mess that had to be made removing the existing tiling. In short, a very satisfactory outcome.”

“What can I say, what a fantastic service, I was extremely pleased with the level of professionalism from Vicky setting the process in motion through to Doug arriving and delivering a first class fix. “From the moment we spoke to Vicky at reception we were confident we had found the right company. DOug, our engineer, had a daunting task ahead of him and he did everything with extreme efficiency, care and good humour. He had to work with our workman on a task where all were stumbling in the dark. It was a long, tiring day for him and he was exceptional throughout and for the first time we feel a glimmer of hope for the successful outcome of this project.”
