“Everything from the initial contact with Vicky in the office, to engineer Doug’s visit was straightforward and hassle free. It was all a very efficient & smooth process. The underfloor heating problem in our bathroom was identified immediately & the remedial work done professionally with the absolute minimum of disruption & mess. Full marks to this outstanding company.”

“From contact to completion of my underfloor heating issue the company were first class. I met the technician, Doug, onsite and he found the problem and repaired the faulty heating mat with minimal disruption and in a totally professional manner. A great help in all aspects and by repairing the mat with minimum disruption I only had to replace a small amount of tiling. I can highly recommend this company”

“Vicky was really efficient and I was kept up to date with booking dates and times. Doug came and had identified the problem and where the mat wasn't working. The underfloor heating was fixed efficiently and I really recommend UFH.”

“Our underfloor heating in the bathroom had been broken for a few years. Everyone kept saying it couldn’t be fixed. Within 2 hours of Doug and Jayden arriving the problem was fixed! Very friendly and tidy workmanship. I can highly recommend.”

“Sorry, didn't get the guys names, but in any event quickly identified the problem and sorted it out. They also took time out to patiently explain to a member of the older generation 😱 the different settings on the display screen. Now confident that all ok.”
