“We returned from visiting family over Christmas to find our bathroom underfloor heating tripping. After our electrician confirmed the fault was under the floor tiles, we were left searching for someone to help, with many companies offering to check the system but in reality don’t actually find and repair the fault. However, UFH Services came highly recommended to us by a friend and from the very first phone call we could see why. The customer service team, Vicky, (both via phone and email) was extremely helpful in explaining the services they provide, costs, timelines and any potential challenges that we may need to navigate. Being based in Cornwall, I was worried we’d be waiting a long time to be booked in as the team covers the majority of the country, but we had a site visit in the diary within the month again communicated really well to us. At every step we were given all the details we needed to prepare and what to expect. When the team arrived, they were nothing short of brilliant — wonderful, knowledgeable and approachable, putting us at ease from the outset. Doug and Jayden were extremely thorough in their investigation and they talked us through their findings in such a pragmatic and friendly way. I am also grateful that they helped facilitate conversations with our builder in a really pleasant manner. Efficient with their time and very clean and tidy. I can’t recommend the team at UFH Services enough.”
