“Excellent professional service, and a great price for the job. Superb engineers, so refreshing (and rare)to find such calibre today. Vicky was also exceptional in dealing with our problem with our underfloor heating, her communication was first rate. We can not recommend this company highly enough. “Wow is how I will start my review. So I bought a flat on 1st August 2026. The place needed updating. While having various tests done on the electric, it was realised that the underfloor heating wasn’t working on the main living room. Panic sets in as the floors are all screeded. Began a search and was really carful about who I spoke to before deciding on who to use on the flat. After a few calls to different companies, I had made my decision. Spoke to Vicky at UFH and Vicky really knew her stuff. Super impressed with the knowledge and understanding. My panic had vanished as I felt assured I had got in contact with the right company. All the way through this experience , I found another level of communication and service which I thought didn’t exist anymore. When the engineers arrived, I felt the experience and knowledge of service was just the same from the very beginning. Slick service and had the whole process explained throughout. I now have an underfloor heating that is working. Panic and pain and worry over. Thank you team. A number to save and pass on for sure.”

“UFH Services continues to do a great job for us. We have been customers for 15 years. Vicky in the office was great in setting up the meeting a few days ago. Today Doug and Dave arrived promptly to assist with our underfloor heating problem. They did a complete diagnostic of the system. They identified the cause of the problem and fixed it effectively and efficiently. They were very neat and courteous. This is a very professional and reliable company that we highly recommend without reservation.”

“Second visit for Doug to fit new 21st century actuators to my 25 year old wet u/floor heating system. He returned after a few weeks, as I was not sure about the programming of some of the room t/stats and gave me some helpful tips about monitoring the new actuators. Altogether an excellent service!”

“Thank you so much. Vicky was very efficient and organised and Doug completed the work to a very high standard. I really thought that my under floor heating would be unrepairable but Doug found the fault and repaired it with calm professionalism. I would highly recommend this company.”

“Amazing service. Contractors fitting a flood barrier cut right through tiles and electric under floor heading mesh. UFH came round and fixed problem and only had to replace once or two tiles rather than whole kitchen floor. Great team and really friendly. Wholeheartedly recommend if anyone has a problem with under floor heating. Nightmare problems can be fixed without replacing the whole floor and kitchen units”

“I made contact with UFH after years of my wife complaining to me about our under floor heating not working. I can’t express enough how professional these guys are, with Vicky in the office keeping me informed and Doug finding the fault within an hour and carrying out the repair.
