“Fantastic service, they were very friendly and professional, they found the fault quickly and explained our options, fixed it with minimal mess and showed that it was all working again. They even went the extra mile to ensure the heating could be used as soon as possible and that retiling would be as easy as possible too. We would definitely use this company again and would recommend to anyone else too.”

“Whole process was very quick and easy to arrange. Fault was located and repaired with minimal disruption. Saves a lot of money when compared to replacing the whole electric mat and floor finish.”

“After contacting ufh services with a problem on a customer’s system. Vicky booked an appointment,quoted a price the guys turned up (Doug & Jayden) and got the problem sorted. Every aspect of the job was completely flawless. Excellent service and extremely professional. Highly recommended”

“I had such a broken underfloor after a water pipe leak. Several firms told me it was unfixable however UFH were amazing and both the office staff who helped to organise and explain and the guys who came to do the work. They were efficient, tidy and friendly. Five stars, excellent team!”

“Wow. Can't believe they actually did it. My underfloor didn't work for 4 years. The bathroom felt like a cold cellar. So I looked up for this company. The guys that came were amazing, polite l, funny and professional at there job. Did the job in under an hour, left it clean and in total working order. Thanks again. Highly recommended”

“Really pleased with the service and communication from start to finish. On time and resolved the earth shortage on the metal drain cover. Only one tile had to be replaced. Wouldn't hesitate to use these guys again but hopefully not.”
