“Hi Yes Brad is the man. Having travelled miles across country he arrived bright and cheerful five minutes early. With an array of specialised equipment and clearly much experience he set to identify our problem which was an error by the installer. He'd cut off a chunk of the wiring and taped it together, and had not buried it under tiles and adhesive, as required, it being under the bath. Consequently it overheated and failed. Brad got it going again, and in our case no tiles had to be taken up. Brad was quick, efficient, cheerful and inspired confidence. On initially contacting UFH I was taken by the helpful and understanding reception I got from Vicky, which made me warm to a company I knew nothing about, and gave me confidence that they knew their business and could sort out my problem, which they did. “I agree with the reviews. Very good, the engineer knew his stuff, was on time, pleasant, clean, efficient. The original installer had left something out (not tiled in) and it overheated. Knowing this service exists make me think i might have other areas in house redone with electric ufh as its not the end of the world if you get a fault.”

“When they arrived within minutes they had their equipment testing & pinpointing the problem in the wire, they then broke the tile away to expose the damaged wire, this was repaired & tested. They where no more than a hour from start to finish.”

“Both on phone and on site, team was very clear and reliable about costs. Getting the confirmation page up-front by email was a very good idea as it clarified aspects of the service. Brad was very helpful and knowledgeable. In particular assisted with advice and investigations above and beyond original callout. Greatly appreciated his visit.”

“From the start to the finish I was impressed with the excellent service. The engineer (Bradley) arrived at exactly the time he said he would and was very polite upon meeting him. He started work immediately after assessing the issue and explained what he was doing throughout. He was very tidy and cleaned up consistently whilst working and left the job in a very clean and tidy manner. This service from scheduling my appointment to the workmanship has left me a very very happy customer and I will be telling all my friends and family of this great service. Again many thanks UFH. “I called UFH when my wet room floor stopped heating up. They came within 48hours and replaced a faulty thermostat and showed me how to use the new one - I had never understood the old one anyway. The whole thing took less than two hours, was totally painless and good value for money. I hope I never need them again, but would recommend wholeheartedly”

“Fantastic - great customer service from start to finish. The work was also done to a high standard and most importantly I have working underfloor heating again! The communication from getting in contact with the company, the booking of the visit and what would be covered and maybe extra was very clear. Doug worked out the issue and managed to minimise the number of tiles that had to be taken up to fix the broken cable. In taking up the tiles he was careful not to damage the surrounding tiles and left the are ready for the tiler to finish off! Highly recommend this company and before Doug left he also gave me some tips on how to run the underfloor heating effectively and efficiently. Hopefully won't need them again but if I ever do they will be the first company to call. Julian”

“UFS have recently fixed the fault to our underfloor heating. We had underfloor heating and porcelain tiling installed to our kitchen/dinning room in January 2016 and in February 2017 one half of the floor failed. We contacted the electrician who installed the underfloor heating who returned to look at the problem but failed to offer any form of support despite our repeated requests. After several thousand pounds worth of investment we were now left with a faulty system. We feared the worst and thought that the entire floor would need to replaced. Thank goodness for the internet and fortunately I found UFH Services and gave them a call. Talking to Vicky on the phone gave me some new hope and reassurance that our problem could be defined, detected and fixed, at that time we decided to proceed and an appointment was made and confirmed. Our home is in East Scotland, not many companies would cover the entire UK in this way. On our appointed day Vicky called and advised the time that the Engineers would be with us from their prevouse appointment. Two engineers arrived and quickly got to work using some speacilist equipment and found the precise fault location. In our case the fault was below the skirting, a section of skirting was removed with minimum damage and the fault duly fixed with a special joint. The professionalism of this company is truly impressive from my very first contact on the phone to the completion of the work, well done and thank you we are so grateful for all your help. “I didn't think fixing my underfloor heating was possible without ripping up my floor tiles with serious disruption and cost. Brad was professional and knowledgeable beyond belief. Amazing. Very clean worker. Job fixed. Even future problems sorted. I cannot recommend this company enough”

“We have had a few issues with our old underfloor heating system (not supplied by UFH) and their ongoing support to rectify these problems has been excellent. The engineers are knowledgeable, courteous and helpful, as are the office staff. I would highly recommend them.”

“Where to start....try AMAZING and then some. We found this gem of a company on the Internet when our UFH broke down and had given up on it. The whole experience from start to finish went like a dream. From the charming Vicky in the office, who sorted all the times and dates to fit in with us as we lived 275 miles from site, to the lovely Brad and Douglas who arrived, as promised, at 7am after travelling through the night. Their optimism and cheerfulness diffused a very stressful situation for us. They found the fault amazingly quickly and soon had it repaired as if by magic! They were clean and tidy and kept us informed of everything they were doing. I would not hesitate to recommend this company to anyone and we consider it money well spent. Thank's to all concerned Sue and John Very satisfied customers”
