“Thank you so much. Vicky was very efficient and organised and Doug completed the work to a very high standard. I really thought that my under floor heating would be unrepairable but Doug found the fault and repaired it with calm professionalism. I would highly recommend this company.”

“Thank you so much to Doug for fixing our underfloor heating and to Vicky in the office for putting our mind at rest that it was all fixable. Doug found the fault, fixed it and explained the best way to manage our system. Brilliant customer service and would definitely recommend if you have a problem with your underfloor heating.”

“Amazing service. Contractors fitting a flood barrier cut right through tiles and electric under floor heading mesh. UFH came round and fixed problem and only had to replace once or two tiles rather than whole kitchen floor. Great team and really friendly. Wholeheartedly recommend if anyone has a problem with under floor heating. Nightmare problems can be fixed without replacing the whole floor and kitchen units”

“I made contact with UFH after years of my wife complaining to me about our under floor heating not working. I can’t express enough how professional these guys are, with Vicky in the office keeping me informed and Doug finding the fault within an hour and carrying out the repair. “The whole process from booking to completion of the job was excellent. Vicky in the office was always there, following up, keeping us informed and communicating promptly in clear language. Doug was brilliant. He turned up on time, spent careful consideration of the fault and devised a pathway to fixing the fault that meant least disruption to us. Highly recommend the UFH team. “The whole process of getting the appointment was easy and smooth. Vicky kept us informed of when to expect the appointment and what was involved. Doug, the engineer arrived at the time advised and explained everything he was doing and did a great job fixing the issue. He did not leave a mess and was very friendly.”

“Excellent customer service Vicky was very efficient and arranged a site visit with timings. Doug the engineer arrived on time and carried out the repair to the heat mat in professional manor.
