About U Drive Cover:

U Drive Cover Limited is an independent insurance intermediary wholly owned by a senior management team with over 50 years experience in the non-standard insurance market covering motor, commercial vehicle, fleet, household and motorcycle.

We welcome enquiries from customers with an accident or motoring conviction history as well as modified vehicles. We can offer up to 65% discount for ex company car drivers with an accident-free history or for households where there is more than one car. We also offer cover for any car from a Mini to a Ferrari and for all ages from 17 to 99.

U Drive Cover Limited was formed to offer customers a personal approach. We treat each customer as an individual and offer an excellent service. Coupled with our excellent relationships with major Insurers, this enables us to offer competitive premiums as well as the personal touch. For the convenience of customers we do offer online quotations and the opportunity to purchase online but we also feel that we can make a difference by listening to the customer’s individual needs.

The U Drive Cover Limited offices are based In the UK and are manned by staff that have many years’ experience in providing these products. We do encourage existing and new customers to call us as there are many rating factors that can influence car insurance premiums and we welcome the opportunity to listen to your needs. Our aim is to prove that excellent service does not mean that you have to pay higher premiums.

“Ive been with u drive cover now for all most 4 years it was very good at first for me personally it did have its ups and downs about 18 months in but that was only because of certain representatives On the phone pacifically male ones I just found them to be rude sarcastic and even once had one talking to me whilst he was chewing chewing gum but Rachel Lockyer was all ways there and certain members of the team to always sort my problems out for me and my queries I all ways spoke to Rachel in the beginning in the middle and most recently And she has all ways gone above and beyond to help me like a said before just a few bad apples which needed getting rid of and now has been done if you have points and convictions I would always recommend u drive cover and I would certainly recommend anyone to ask for Rachel Lockyer if you can as she will always go above and beyond to help you and Taylor the policy to Your needs if she can 10/10 for me”

“Very Poor Customer Service including initial sales call. Made an exception with the sales call assuming it was an individual having a bad day. However subsequent verbal correspondence with after sales team was a similar experience. Rude, insulting and just generally unwilling to help. I paid a significant amount to cancel after 14 day period but was a price worth paying to avoid having deal with them in the unfortunate event of having to make a claim. I paid to leave, that's how bad they were. Would strongly advise to avoid.”

“Absolute waste of time. Quoted a price online & when I went to buy it said you must phone them. Dodgy! After the worst customer service you can Imagine, waited 25 hours & still never came back to I got an email stating the price was DOUBLE what they had quoted. I waisted over a day with what can only be described as a disreputable company. If you have a claim with this shower good luck to you.”
