“Everything went fine until I get fixed my car. But when its come to the payment they charge me additional £16 apart from the rate given.”

“My first appointment was cancelled because the garage was not available, although it said on your website. My second appointment (Dry clough lane garage) was moved. After booking I received a call from Dry Clough Garage that the only appointment they had available for me was Saturday at 7am. Last time I booked them the same thing happened. Mentioning that on the phone they told me that you don't have access to their time schedule, which means they do not provide feedback to you when they are available. If that is the case I would exclude them from my list of garages, because it leaves you with frustrated customers like me. The other thing with Dryclough Lane Garage was that changing 2 front tyres took them 1 hour, which is absolutely ridiculous. I will never use them again.”

“Tyre savings were able to supply me with a great value tyre for my Vauxhall. Lead time was only 48 hours and ordering was easy. The fitting centre was able to install the tyre at the agreed time in a friendly and efficient manner.”

“Tyres were delayed which meant that the garage couldn’t accommodate to fit the tyres and then we had to drive a 40 mile round trip to get them installed before the MOT”
