“I was unsure about buying tyres online. However, reassurance came from the fact that the tyre fitter was a well known brand (Halfords/McConechy's). I got a courtesy call from the fitter to confirm my appointment and the tyres that were to be replaced. On the day there was a short delay due to staff shortage but the job was done and no issues to report as of yet. Overall very happy from booking to fitting. Despite some negative reviews, my own experience was positive and I would recommend.”

“Tyre savings booked my appointment in the garage's diary at the wrong time (an hour earlier) so when I arrived for my appointment at the time I had booked, and had the confirmation email for, I was told I had missed my appointment and I had to return that evening again to have my tyre fitted. Most likely a human error but it caused an inconvenience. It was fortunate that the garage could fit me in again the same day.”

“I wouldn't bother to use this company again, a complete waste of time. I got a confirmation email saying that the tyre will be fitted the next morning at 8.30am and when I got there they knew nothing about the order. I then decided to order one directly from them and had to go back about an hour later to have it fitted when they got the tyre delivered from their main depot, and it cost me a lot more money of course. So as you can see I'm not impressed.”

“Excellent price for my 245x35x18 pirelli tyres. Was taken right away and waited for my car. Everything done in half an hour. Halfords very professional also as used them for my front tyres a few months back”

“The tyres were the most competitively priced that I could find and the fitting went well. I selected a time slot as the fitter was 20 miles away. When I got there the fitter didn't do time slots so I had to take my position in the queue. I ordered another set of tyres the following week for my other car and again, they were competitively priced. I selected a time and went to the fitter (this time close to home) on the alloted day. However, the fitter's branch had been closed for 6 months and when I called their HQ, they had never heard of me or my tyres in any of their branches. I wasted 2 hours on it. You need to check out your fitters and meantime, I'll have to reorder and start the process again.”
