“I found the tyres I wanted, at a fair price, to be fitted at a convenient local agent, and ordered two. I was told by Tyre Savings the next day that the tyres were not available and my order was cancelled. There was nothing else comparable to order from Tyre Savings but I was satisfied elsewhere. The Tyre Savings website was amended to remove the tyres I had wanted, and others too. Why was it not up-to-date in the first place - a waste of time for all concerned? I suggest potential purchasers exercise caution before ordering.”

“The lack of communication between Tyre savings and the fitting station meant I turned up for an appointment to be told, we dont do bookings for tyres, we have no tyres at that price and that i would have to wait 2 hours for an order to arrive, all by a brusque rude manager. When I complained to their head office an email was suddenly found but when i went back two days later my tyres were fitted begrudgingly and the half hour wait turned into 70 minutes and the £78 turned into £112 as I needed tracking etc which was never mentioned. Overall very disappointing and shall not be using again unless dire circumstance exist.”

“Went to get my new tyres fitted at HiQ Wellingborough,Was told tyre savings don't send them tyres so ended up 20 mile round trip for nothing,Guys at HIQ could not care less,If they send you email confirmation check the garage first,Because they may not no anything at all about your booking,PS if tyre savings read this call me to explain or email me cheers”

“Awful, place chosen was awful, stoneacre suzuki Middlesbrough. They called me to say the tyres could not be fitted as they hadnt been delivered. I was told id be called when they arrived to re book to be fitted, but honestly the staff they couldn't care less. As i was selling the car i had 48 hours le-way so a full extra day after the day they where supposed to be fitted, never heard a thing back, this is the second time i had been let down by stoneacre suzuki thru tyresavings and i have to wonder why tyresavings use them as it gives you a bad reputation, you need more reliable fitting centres locally. I also emailed tyresavings regarding the matter and had zero response on what was going on. So in a word, awful, on every level.”

“Overall decent service. Garage I took the vehicle to weren’t very polite/helpul (not tyre savings fault). Had delay in tyres so had to order different ones then the first ordered tyres turned up very confusing. Attempted to contact tyre savings by phone no answer then tried email took approx 2/3 days for a reply which didn’t really help.”
