“Ordered tyres online to be fitted by my local garage. The time slots allocated by tyre savings weren’t communicated to the garage - it was just assumed. Local garage arranged convenient time and tyres fitted. The end.”

“I was very dubious at the start of the process on the internet, the menu was well laid out with information about the products, clear and well presented . The prices are super competitive ! Yes, the price of the tyres did include everything, no hidden extras (I had to double check that). The order and payment process worked really well and the appointment came through straight away . I arrived at my local installer at the agreed time, they were ready and waiting to install my new tyres, which was very professionally done by Terry and his team at Set Tyres . I can totally recommend using Tyres Savings and excellent service all round .”

“very sad went to change the tyres on the time and date given & was told by two guys at the reception that there was no booking on their system we can't do anything & didn't want to know anything period so i had to go elsewhere to get it done as the tyre needed to be changed & costed me extra”

“The price of the tyres was very good. Booking the appointment for fitting was simple. The problem was that when I arrived at the garage for fitting, they were not expecting me. It seems Tyre savings had neglected to liaise with the garage before booking. They had no slot available but were able to fit me in later that afternoon. Could have been very inconvenient if I wasn’t free that day.”
