“The tyres were the most competitively priced that I could find and the fitting went well. I selected a time slot as the fitter was 20 miles away. When I got there the fitter didn't do time slots so I had to take my position in the queue. I ordered another set of tyres the following week for my other car and again, they were competitively priced. I selected a time and went to the fitter (this time close to home) on the alloted day. However, the fitter's branch had been closed for 6 months and when I called their HQ, they had never heard of me or my tyres in any of their branches. I wasted 2 hours on it. You need to check out your fitters and meantime, I'll have to reorder and start the process again.”

“The Tyres were good, price was very good & delivery to the fitter was made on time. But your liaison with the tyre fitter was poor. I turned up for my tyre fitting & he couldn't do it because he was booked up for that day. He said that there was no liason between yourselves & his diary. Luckily he was able to squeeze me in the next day.”

“I was sceptical this would run smoothly, but my concern was unfounded. The garage Tudor Garage in Ystradowen was superb, I telephone soon after ordering and they confirmed an order had been placed. Turned up at the agreed time and was met with a friendly knowledgeable team who sorted the tyre change efficiently and courteously. Of course this is a loss leader but I am happy to report I am grateful to have discovered this garage and even more pleased with the price of my tyres. As the big Austrian says "I'll be back".”
