“Arranged to leave wheels (from caravan) at Formula One kings Lynn day before due date .Rang next morning to confirm collection time and was told 1p.m. Arrived on time but tyres not done, the manager was off sick and fitter not sure of speed rating! Even though existing tyres were there! Called back an hour later to collect. All ready second time.”

“Good choice of tyres which were easy to compare and prices were reasonable. Booking a garage/ time was also easy and the garage were willing to change the time on request. I did not have to wait after arriving at the tyre centre and 4 tyres took 40 mins. Friendly staff and the car was left clean and tidy. All in all a good service.”

“Ordered tyres, but when I got there to have them fitted I was told they weren't there and I was to come back in the afternoon so I asked what time they could do it and they said I just have to come in and wait as they have other Internet bookings. The whole point of booking online was to get a time slot so I wasn't waiting around. I therefore did not have the tyres fitted and went elsewhere.”
