“Booking online was all good, easy and straightforward. Fitting centre was located nice and close. Disappointing upon arrival that the fitting centre apparently knew nothing about my booking and hadn't got a tyre fitter on site. Asked me if it needed to be done today, which it did as I was going on a long journey following day. They then found the booking and said they could do it but it would be towards the end of the day (despite my 09:30 booking slot). This was ok for me though as didn't need it urgently just that day. To be fair though I got a call about 11:30 to say it was all ready. Tyres all fitted ok and good quality tyres. STaff were pleasant and efficient once over the initial hiccup. So they delivered what I had ordered so all fine in the end.”

“VERY PLEASED AS TYRES FITTED THE NEXT DAY AFTER ORDERING. BEST TO CHECK WITH THE GARAGE DOING THE FITTING THAT THE TYRES HAVE ARRIVED, PARTICULARLY IF YOU HAVE MADE A MORNING APPOINTMENT”

“I found Tyresavings very easy to use. There were straightforward instructions to follow up to booking a Tyre fitter afterwards. The Fitter was friendly and helpful. I may return to them to fit the remaining tyres.”

“Online booking and price was simple and competitive ,only issue was that I booked a time slot for my chosen fitter which I had chosen from the selection which was 5:30 to 6:30 ,I arrived at 5:10 as advised to be there slightly before ,and when I arrived I was told that they couldn't fit them as they closed at 5:30 . Had to swap vehicles with my wife the next day so she could take it for the tyres to be fitted as I work all day hence why I chose the fitter that had the option of 5:30 til 6:30 in the first place . So in the end we had 2 journeys to get the tyres fitted”

“Everything worked as planned Only initial glitch was I was trying to buy 4 tyres but the website wouldn't let me order more than 3. Thought it was a web problem but on phoning turned out they only had 3 in stock. Would have been helpful if it had told me reason was low stock.”

“Great price only thing was that the confirmation times offered for my fitter were incorrect they said half 12 but when I went to the appointment it was closed as the fitters actually closed at 12 on the Saturday and weren’t open on the Sunday so I nearly couldn’t get them in time for my MOT but fortunately a family member got them fitted while I was at work. Might be an idea to link up more to the correct opening times of the fitters”
