“Tyres delivered on time as ordered. No point in arranging a time slot on line when the fitter cannot facilitate this though. All in good job. Nail the appointment slots with your fitters and you'll be all over it.”

“Good price and easy to book. Only downside was that the garage had no initial record of my booking but this was resolved so still managed to get my tyre fitted.”

“Internet booking was very straightforward and easy to handle. Shame the fitting wasn’t as good, Arrived at location 45mins early(15.45) as it was the last slot of the day (16.30) for 1 tyre fitting. Job wasn’t finished till 17.50, no point booking time slots!!!!!”

“Everything went smoothly, from ordering the tyres to the booking time and fitting. My only criticism is that I only received the postcode for the garage and no address, I had a little problem finding the garage because the postcode covered a large area.”

“The booking on the website was very easy, however, when I arrived for the fitting they were not able to do the job immediately due to previous bookings. Would it not be possible, and sensible, for the garage to confirm the booking date and time with the client, so avoiding a wasted journey.”

“Tyre savings service was OK. The price was good, no cash was paid up front.... but..... They didn’t make the reservation at the fitting centre until the morning I was due to have them fitted. As a result, the fitting centre were fully booked when I turned up. F1 autocentres in Gosport were great and fitted me in, but there was an hour delay as no formal booking had been received.”

“Price was excellent. Fitting station were not prepared to honour the fitting time proposed on the web. There doesn't seem to be any on-line connection between Tyre Savings and their fitting stations to check if the offered time will be OK.”

Hi, Thank you for your recent Tyresaving.com Review. It is really appreciated as without it we wouldn't be able to improve our services. All of our affiliated fitting centres receive confirmation of the orders via email once the booking is made and also receive the information of the fitting with the tyres when they are delivered - the order confirmation does state the fitting time and date. If there is any problems with the booking slot time, we expect them to let either us, or the customer know directly, so that alternative arrangements can be made prior to the fitting date and time. I will raise this with the fitting centres manager and their head office to ensure that this does not happen again and that we have the correct opening times for all their depots. Once again I would like to apologise for your experience. Even though your experience wasn’t great, I’m glad you raised the problems you had with us so we can act upon them. “Online pricing easy as was completing the order. The only issue was that according to the tyre fitter (Formula 1), although they had a copy of the order, they had no details of the time and date I had booked online for the fitting. I had to leave the car with them rather than waiting. There would appear to be a lack of communication somewhere.”

“Looked at tyres from all major fitters most of the cheaper tyres were rated E for both fuel and grip in the wet. got higher rated tyres for less money by using tyresave, Also been able to pick day, time and location suited me as i work long hours.would have given five star rating but fitting company let it down as booked for 08:30 and told there would be an hours wait”
