“The tyres are good for price. The reason I gave 3 star is that I asked for the front alignment but have been told that they don't have time for that. I have taken my car somewhere else for alignment.”

“Turned up to the garage at the allocated time slot to be told I have no booking, luckily they had my tyre in stock at the same price with immediate fitting so no great issue but a bit put out that my reservation didn’t exist.”

“I booked to get two tyres fitted but your system does not communicate with that at the garage so when I arrived they couldn't fit me in. I have to return at a later date. This is very poor service as nowhere on my confirmation email did it say to call the garage directly to confirm my appointment.”

“I did not have a good experience firstly my time slot was 0930-1030 I arrive early and was told I would be contacted I never got a call and arrived back at 1030 to find the garage we’re just starting my tyres. I asked why the delay and was told the garage have 4 hrs to complete my job. If this is true why did I have to choose a time in the first place and why wasn’t this said before. Also I was charged £10 for having the rear wheels out in the front and my new tyres out in the rear. The manager told me this was because I used your service and further the receipt did not itemise this charge A very unhappy customer”

“Very disappointed!!!!! I booked change 1 tyre before my MOT and when I come they said “we haven’t received your tyre”. Nobody informed me about it earlier. So bad!!!”

“First thing the on line booking time was cancelled as tyres had not arrived. Second thing, once they arrived the wrong size tyres had been sent. Rang garage a week later and still struggling to find out what (if anything) is happening with my order”

“The online service was good but excellent. The fitting however was a joke. Booked an appt turned up on time to be told we don’t do appts and it will be done in a queue format including walk-in customers. 2 hours late I get my tyres done. I hate the point in booking time slots if the fitting sites don’t follow the same process. I planned to do this in my dinner slot at work and ended up being considerably late.”
