“No issues using Tyre savings however the fitter booked through TS was next to useless. I had to take the tyre in my car and drive it 12miles (35mins) to its other branch. It was fairly terrible.”

“Cheap tyres but system to book fitting is not good. Bought quality tyres at a good price and booked a 9.00-10.00 am slot to have tyres fitted but received a telephone call from Tyre Savings the next morning to say that:- 1) they did not know if the tyres would be delivered in time so I was left to call the garage directly to find out, and 2) the garage I had selected did not make appointments anyway so I had to just turn up and take pot luck. I would use Tyre Savings again if their tyres continue to be cheap, but the booking system has not been thought through.”

“Cant fault the service from any angle. Got what I ordered at the price I saw online at the time I was promised to get it. What else do you need from the online service? And it was cheaper than in any other place too. Win win situation. Will use again in the future”

“The ordering online was easy, the fitting was poor. The garage had no record of my car being booked in at 9.30, I had to tell him my tyre size & what I’d ordered, I even gave him my order number, which meant nothing to him. Eventually at 10.15 they started on the tyres and finished at 11.30. He didn’t know how much they were, I had to show him on my e-mail what I was quoted. After all that palaver he couldn’t print an invoice of, as he didn’t no how to book the tyres in, to book them back out as being fitted, i just asked him to write me one out as about had enough waiting about. Something is wrong somewhere if the fitters have no record of bookings, found it to be a very stressful morning!”

“Hi,I just to let you know that I order 2 continental run flat tyres,but when I got there I was provided with 2 rydanz tyres.The guy said that’s what has been diliverd.”

“Good price and an excellent fitting service from Hickleys Taunton. The only hiccup was that whilst Hickleys had received the tyre for fitting they didn't seem to have my customer details so it took a few moments to connect my purchase with the tyre they had received.”
