“Great service ordered my tyres got an appointment turned up on time tyres fitted within the schedule so can't ask more than that plus a great price for the premium tyres thank you”

“For the past 2 weeks I have scoured the country and visited most of my tyre garages in the area I live eventually I found myself going back to tyre savings who saved me 150 pounds on the four tyres I am dues to have they are not really the ones i wanted but they are still a very good premier tyre brand and as i am not doing the mileage I did will last a very long time I hope. Although I am not due to have the tyres fitted until next week with a garage out of my area i am happy and even more pleased that I did not have to pay this bill immediatly am more than happy to provide feedback on the garage fitting the tyres”

“5/5 for cost saving 5/5 for fitting service provided by Halfords 4/5 for online process - I booked slot for 10.30 but email said 9.00 and a day before it changed again to 8.30. Not great when I had chosen a slot having had a wedding the night before. No consultation, just changed. Just as well I checked the emails.”

“The online process was easy however, actually having the tyres fitted was very difficult. We arrived ahead of the booked time at the Formula One fitting centre and they did not know we were coming! They said we needed to book the appointment with them as well as the website. This was not made clear on the website. They suggested they would be able to fit us in 8 hours later, however, we had an MOT booked in elsewhere, so after some time they managed to fit the tyres. Definitely won't be using any of this again.”

“You need to contact the garage before the date of the fitting, so they know I'm coming and can then book me in. That way I don't have to mess up my day by having to go back another time and wasting fuel.”

“The whole process of ordering a competitive priced tyre with fitting and payment was seemless. I turned up at Fife Auto Centre on time and was on my way within 30mins. I am very pleased with the service and will definitely use again as and when I require tyres. Thanks”

“The Halfords tyre fitters were a disaster. They broke the bolts when replacing the tyre. I had to get my local garage to replace them I’ll never use any Halfords dept again. This is the second time I’ve used them. They replaced a battery which blew my electrics. They did fix it, but this isn’t good”

“Prices are very competitive, and the website is helpful with comparisons in the same quality and price brackets. There is an easy choice of local fitters, and Station Road Garage CB24 9PJ are to be highly recommended for (once you've found them!) professionalism and punctuality. I will use TyreSavings again, for sure.”

“I turned up on time at the garage to have two tyres fitted. The Manager said that I dint have an appointment. I insisted that I did and showed him the email on my cell phone. He still said that he had not received any information. I persisted with this, and he amazingly found an a4 piece of paper with all my details on. I asked him to change the rear driver side tyre and the front near side tyre and to put the new tyres on the front. He said that by doing this he would have to use several jacks and that I would have to come back later. I refused and as I have lots of experience in changing tyres (my first ever job) I told him to give me one jack, a tyre bar and a hammer and I would change them myself much quicker than he could with a machine. He reluctantly got to work on this with one of his colleagues. If I hadn’t stood watching him, he would have put the new tyres on without balancing them. I reminded him that this was part of the paid service. He then balanced both wheels. Tyres were fine service was very poor.”
