“Good price for tyres but they did not arrive in time for first booked fitting. Email arrived only an hour before appointment, so too late”

“Disappointedly my tyres have not yet been fitted. I initially booked for them to be fitted at a local garage, who then informed me the next day that they were on holiday so couldn't fit them. Tyre Savings then contacted me to say that the tyres were out of stock so would be available a day later. I rearranged for the tyres to be fitted at another local garage. This garage then contacted me to say that they couldn't fit them on the arranged date as they were booked up on that date. So I again rearranged to have them fitted next week (over a week later than originally booked). Then Tyre savings contacted me again to say that the tyres wouldn't be available until Saturday (still 4 days before they are due to be fitted). There is obviously no coordination between Tyre Savings & their fitting garages with regard to booking time availability. This is a shame because I've used Tyre Savings before & they were fine every time.”

“Went to the fitters and no appointment had been made, their own customers were to be prioritised. Now have got to wait till Friday to have fitted as no other appointments available. Most disappointing.”

“Price was EXCELLENT! Ordered three tyres. However…waited a week and only two arrived at my fitter. Had to wait another week for the third. No biggy, just inconvenient. But would recommend them for price alone.”

“It was good service. I had a time slot, for a hour, but I had to wait over half an hour over the time I was given. Before they even started to fit the tyres.”

“Very economical. The website was simple to use, Ford Garage were helpful and professional. Also, I much prefer paying ‘after’ fitting, rather than upfront, simply hoping everything arrives on time. Will happily use Tyre Saving again.”
