“First time using this site was sent the wrong size tyres to what I had ordered and lost a day ended up paying more. Total Rubbish would not recommend and no offer of a refund on the difference”

“Quick and easy to book my tyres at a very competitive price, The fitting centre (Tyreman Merthyr Tydfil) was efficient, friendly and convenient the entire process tyre fitting and tracking taking a little under 30mins. Would by happy to recommend.”

“When booking website says McConecheys garage but is actually Halfords. If I'd known this I have a Halfords nearer to me. Front tyres replaced, I have pressure sensors on each and linked to the car. Wheels were putback on opposite sides so will have to go back again. Another 80ml round trip. Any savings gained now lost. Maybe I was just unlucky but won't be using again. Thanks.”

“The time alloted for me was 10 : 30 AM. I reached there place at 10 20 to allow sufficient time as you have mentioned in ur website. However I am told by Halfords after reaching there that they r too busy and told me to comeback at 12 : 30 . So yes. i had to go and come back again and finally got fixed at 1 past. If you had synced a time with them before hand , i wouldnt have to get ready and go early.”

“The purchaseing process was easy and efficient, the fitting was a little more hit and miss. I delivered the two wheels the evening before to make it easier for the fitting station to have them done first thing in the morningas my appointment was 8.30-9.30am I left my work at 9.45 to go and collect the 2 wheels only to find they had never been done, (why have appointments I ask). 15 minutes I was told it would take 35 minutes later I left having paid for the tyres whilst I waited. Not an experience I would like to repeat.”
