“Tyre savings price was amazing but the fitting garage has damaged all 4 of my brand new alloy wheels with the inner rim marked in 5 different locations where the wheel grips have rough edges. Brand new out of the box wheels having there first tyres fitted are now marked before they've even been bolted to my car”

“The booking system was very well managed ensuring I was able to get a suitable date and time. The staff were very knowledgable and helpful with the tyre fitting and carried out efficiently at the arranged date and time. They also carried out an alignment test and suggested that adjustment was needed to ensure the wheels were set up correctly to ensure even tyre wear.”

“Absolute waste of time I booked in for two front tyres drove from Houghton to Durham for the guy to say they didn’t have them in stock and they have had issues with the supplier either there absolute rubbish which I think it is or if not why can’t you get in touch with the customer and tell them not to come down the tyres are not in stock , no it seems more prudent just let customers turn up for absolutely no reason whatsoever shocking customer service standard and s total disregard for the customer in this current climate of limited funds wouldn’t you try and get as much business as you can to safeguard the future sorry but it’s not good enough”

“Couldn't fault it, everything was 5 star, two tyres fitted for my van for £80, the grip is amazing from these tyres (Grenlander). Appointment at 13:30 and was done within 20 minutes. Tyre fitters perfect, price perfect and tyresavings process perfect, well happy.”

“Booked online, took time off work for the selected store to claim they didn't have order and the manager would have to sort it the next day, so it meant I had to take more time off work to get tyres fitted. Wouldn't use again and not a great experiance”

“Price was good, but formula one in Kettering let me down twenty minutes before my appointment and I was left high and dry. Had to go elsewhere and pay a lot more for same day service. Very disappointed”
