“Turned up at 8.30 for early morning firing as requested. told no Tyres had been delivered Recalled after driving away returned to be told they had found only one tyre ? Told they would call me again when both tyres delivered for next day. Received no call so went and got tyres elsewhere. Very poor experience and the lowest possible customer care from fitter in Crayford involved”

“When I arrived to get the tyres put on the size were wrong and cost me an extra 50 pounds. The tyre service a lady in front of me had the same problem this was after giving my car registration number not so cheap after all.”

“I ordered four tyres in total, two different brands!! Only problem is two of the tyres you sent were the wrong size!! This meant they had to be reordered and I had to return to have them fitted!! An extra 45 mi minutes of my life I will never get back!! Poor show really!!”

“It was very apparent that the fitter was not happy about me buying from tyre savings And said I should have gone direct. We found the same reaction at a different garage last time. They shouldn’t agree to work with you if they don’t want the business.”

“A positive experience. Good range of budget tyres for my requirement. I was able to choose the fitting station location from a range of local sites and pick the exact time I wanted. The garage was friendly and fitted the tyre within 15 mins. I recommend Tyre Savings.”

“Excellent price and easy online website. Fitting: could be better- 4 new tyres ordered with 130pm timeslot booked. Arrived an hour early as I was going for lunch nearby, returned at 2pm to be told it’d be another 90 mins due to staff shortages?? 2 hours to fit 4 tyres? I’m not expecting F1 type times but come on! McConechys- I would never use them but no other option on your site for fitting. At least one wheel was off when I arrived back at 2 pm, when this is your main business you would think that you would be more efficient! Staff shortage but only one other car in? Hmmmmm....”

“I selected my tyres online and booked a fitting time at a local garage. I arrived at the garage at my allotted time and left 25 minutes later with my new tyres fitted. I have used Tyresaving before, the tyres are a competitive price and fitting and balancing are included in the price I will definitely use again.”
