“Booking on your site was easy, but when I got to the tyre centre where I booked they said that they were not informed about my booking and the man on the desk was very unfriendly and unhelpful and was going to send me away, but I stated that I have an email with a booking reference, to which he then went on to the computer system and decided that they would try and squeeze me in.”

“Booked the appointment five days before my fitting day turn up double booked Halfords, the station fitting the new tyres. Tyre savers don’t know what’s in the diary and just book people in at any time, just to get a sale so not very good. And to make things worse, they can’t even get the right brand of tyres for me review.”

“Service was great but the garage who done tyres fitting was balance tyres rong (stering wheal was shake a lot) so have to go to other garage do it again. Now is perfect”

“We booked our car for 2 new tyres and the first appointment got cancelled so we rebooked with stoneacher and what a disaster we had. We arrived and they said we didn't have an appointment so we showed them our confirmation and they fitted us in 2 hours later. Then they broke the socket and broke all the locking nuts off. We ended up paying an extra £75 for new locking nuts and the socket through no fault of our own. We were there over 3 hours and then had to go back the day after for the job finishing correctly. They have also damaged all the wheels and I will never go back to that garage again. I suggest you look at what garages you use in future as this could have a massive impact on Tyre saving services.”

“Excellent. Ordering and booking were easy and no credit card is required, as the fitter gets paid directly after putting the tyres on. Considering some earlier reviews, where the tyres were late, I called the fitter, Westyre, near Cardiff a few days before the fitting date and the tyres were already there. On the day, I arrived a little bit early and was served right away. I could not ask for more. I will certainly use them again and I absolutely recommend them.”
