“Depite pre-booking my tryes change a wk in advance I recived a call two days prior to the fitting date from the selected venue to be told my booking was to be canceled due to a busy diary. Not particularly impressive.”

“I never actually got my tyres! Picked a fitting day and time, this was cancelled. Was offered another time and date, accepted this…. But, you got it, it was cancelled. Was asked to pick another date but had lost interest. Booked thro Black Circles, cost £10 more but got to deal with the Organ Grinder rather than the Monkey and all went perfectly. If you have all The time in the world, and have no problem with being jerked around use them. If not, avoid!!!”

“Worked out the cheapest for a decent tyre on my Tesla. It brokered the deal via Halfords and they took like 45 mins to swap the tyre (I was first). Service by the engineers was first class the price was fab”

“Ordered 4 tyres with 4 days notice. About 5 pm day before fitting told there was only 2 due to supplier issues. So need to sort out another 2 and another visit to fitter. Not really good enough.”

“Website was easy and quick to use you just need to input your car reg and check tyre size. It found me a local tyre fitting shop and let me book an appointment that was convenient for me. Price was the best I could find and the fitting service very efficient and the lads were very polite. Will definitely use again.”

“You did not deliver the tyres. You could not tell me where the tyres were or when they would arrive at the fitters. The fitter had not heard of you. I’ve had to order tyres from elsewhere.”

“The tyre that I originally selected from the website, turned out to be unavailable, then on two occaisions when I turned up for the fitting at Formula One Autocentres there was a problem with this booking so I had to go away and come back. The system didn't appear to work very well in this regard, however Mickey was extremely helpful in getting these issues resolved.”

“Received an email to say the tyre I ordered was out of stock. When I contact the fitter they said it had arrived? Fitter was excellent (Formula One in Basingstoke). The complete price for the tyre including fitting was the cheapedt I found.”
