“This has to be the worst service I have ever used. Booked tyres and a slot for fitting. Turned up and Tyre Savings did not send the Halfords the tyres to fit. Halfords tried to email them but no response. Turns out I got similar quality of tyres at the same price from Halfords. Never again. Shocking.”

“Tyre was good Place that fitted my tyre was very shabby Staff ignored us as we drove in, I had to ask twice where to park my car Then one of the men was on the phone. We waited politely. He did not acknowledge us at all and then took another call before asking us what we needed. He sighed when I said I had booked the new tyre and fitting online. Both men need a lesson in customer service and appeared run off their feet. I felt a complete inconvenience to be honest”

“Fantastic. Cheapest price by a long way. Easy to order. Didn’t have to pay until they were fitted. Absolutely amazing service from Just Tyres in Wakefield. Sam and his team where great - I needed to rearrange a few times and it was never a problem. I even lost the locking wheel nut key and needed to get that sorted But they were so helpful.”

“The prices are very competitive but unfortunately the garage I was sent to had very little staff so it took almost 2hrs to get the jod done. Anyway they apologised for the delay. Would use this service again but maybe a different garage next time”

“Online booking was easy and no problems but the garage I selected informed me upon arrival that they don't infact do appointments and you have to wait in line with however many people are also waiting. I was lucky that I only had one I front of me but still spent over an hour waiting during fitting on top of the time it took to wait in line. I also had to go back to the garage a few days after as they never sealed my tyre correctly and it was deflating.”

“I read plenty negative reviews of tyresaving.com. I ordered the tyres on Saturday and they were there on Monday I rang the garage to confirm and they even told me to come earlier than the allocated time! Don’t let all the negative reviews put you off. People like to complain when something goes wrong but many don’t write reviews when things are good!”

“Very good service, I had to cancel the online booking with the garage, they were happy to kept the tyres until I came in a couple of days later. When I came I was in and out in 30 mins.”

“The tyre fitter was to slow 45 minutes to fit 2 tyres unbelievable, l was in the tyre trade for 8 years if l had taken so long l would have lost my job”
