“Great customer service. We have booked an appointment for the next day, but it turns out that the tyres we have ordered are out of stock in near by centres. Tyre Savings made their best to deliver the tyres as soon as possible. We do appreciate that! Thank you!”

“This is a difficult one. To date the tyres have not been fitted. Initially they were to be fitted by Formula 1 auto centre Chester. They changed the appointment date and time 3 times. I requested an alternative in Chester. Fitting was supposed to be today 13/9. Tyres savings have changed this appointment because of issues supplying the tyres. Hopefully they will be fitted tomorrow. You may think 3 stars is generous given the above - that is because the staff member Sophie has kept me up to date with all developments in a pleasant and professional manner - which to me is very important”

“Tyre fitting center Shocking nearly a hour to fit 4 tyres Wife and baby and mother in law were left to sit in car why car was jacked up But happy with the tyres and price”

“The choosing and booking process was quick and easy, the only issue I have is that a few hours after booking the purchase of 2 tyres and arranging the place to have them fitted I received an email saying they had cancelled the booking because they could not get the tyres I chose. No offer to rearrange or to suggest alternatives, that was it. I was disappointed as it appeared to be straightforward at first and I haven't gone back to them.”

“Easy to book. The layout of the available tyres with the quality gradings and price is excellent; it means i always buy tyres that are very good value for money. Gavin at Hillside Garage is great and always on time. A good and trusted family business.”

“Excellent service, I got appointment for the next day and the service at garage was absolutely fantastic. Tyres I got were the known brand and still at least 15% cheaper than other similar services, including fitting and wheel alignment. I used tyresavings.com for the first time but I think they have won my patronage, it will be my go to place for all future needs.”
