“DO NOT BUY - I bought 3 Goodyear tyres from this company. With more than 4mm tread still left on them, 2 of the tyres developed a crack in the tread. I contacted Tyresaving.com to ask for them to review the tyres in case of a manufacturers fault. I also noted that the tyres were 2 and 3 years old when they were supplied. They replied to say that their tyres can be up to 5 years old at the time they are supplied to you (!) and they only give a one year warranty. Most other companies offer a lifetime guarantee for such an issue. I have since gone back and asked them to review further and they have not replied. Total false economy. I will not be buying from this company again.”

“Had tyres fitted on Thursday 10th February at motosave in Huddersfield. All ok went to work in the afternoon got into my car,tyre pressure indication light came up. 23 bar of pressure,so I stopped my car I have a tyre pump in my car put the pump to the tyre but the pressure wasn't low. Had to take to motosave this morning the valve was leaking wanted me to pay £15 for a new valve. I said I just had them fitted yesterday the valve should be right. Not happy at all. He put a new valve in and didn't charge me but not very good”

“Really good price with fitting included, really fast next day tyres where delivered to the tyre shop and fitted on my car. No happy about the tyre services shop took 2 hours to fit new tyres.”

“Price was very good but when I turned up for my appointment the people knew nothing about me coming, they said it would be ready in an hour, after I came back in an hour I was told another 10 minutes. I could see nobody was near my car until I asked what was happening and finally after another 25 minute wait got my car back. Won’t be going to McConnechy again so if that my only option I’ll need to look elsewhere”

“was not happy this time as got my order wrong sending the wrong tyre size to my picked garage which was a waste of journey for me. could have at least given me a little discount for wasting my time but didn't. I cannot fault the garage I went to as they were very friendly welcoming staff.”

“Just tyres in Epsom damaged 3 alloys. At first the regional manager said that i had curbed all the alloys. I then complained to the head office and the technical manager agreed with me that the alloys were damaged by the tyre machine.”
