“Tyre service and garage was terrible service. The garage said they don’t know about any bookings they get in and therefore the job can’t be done in the allocated space. When you have booked a time slot that would be respected. They shouldn’t be on the site if they don’t bother using it. Funny they had the tyre delivered so must of known something.”

Good afternoon, Thank you for your review on Tyresavings.com. All our fitter's receiver the conformation the same time our customers do. We also have on our proof of deliveries all the information for the fitting, this is the depots for of conformation, so all parties are aware. We have a customer service help line where there is always someone on the end of the phone. We will take this on and look into this for future reference. Many thanks

“Bought Infinity Ecopioneer tyres for Citroen C1. The price was excellent and the fitting also at Formula1 Auto centre in Kidderminster was first class. My initial impression of the tyres is that they seem to handle as well as the Goodyear 4 Seasons they have replaced (but at half the price).”

“Tyre saving offered a tyre that was not in stock so that was annoying as having booked my time slot I was then forced to re-order and book a different time. The tyre fitters were very good and efficient”

“Can’t tell you what the fitting service is like as I didn’t get that far. The one star is because there is no option for no stars, the price is great, however doesn’t really count if you never actually get to have the tyres! I arrived for my fitting service only to be told that Tyresavings do not actually booked an appointment at the fitting centre, just send the tyres, plus they could not book me in now? Now I have checked the terms and conditions which states that an appointment for fitting will be made with chosen tyre centre. The customer service line is constantly busy and even when you hold eventually the line is just dropped. I have booked 3 times and still not received any confirmation of an appointment so I can ring the centre myself to book in. So I am not sure who is at fault here but either way terrible service on all counts and still no tyres”

“Got to the garage formula One in Swindon 08:30 appointment. Sitting there for two hours to then be told the tyres haven’t arrived . Very disappointed”
