“Tyres were successfully delivered to the fitting shop and billing was as agreed, which was competitive and paid direct to the fitter (which I prefer to paying online in advance). Only negative was the fitting shop was a ‘one man, one bay’ outfit so some inevitable delay, despite a timed booking.”

“I feel the concept and idea of the web site is a good idea, you know and can compare the cost of tyres and then go and visit the garage and get them fitted.. sounds easy, however the garages are using your site to add on extras that were not included nor wanted.. The first attempt was ordering a tyre to be fitted at Burnt Mills tyres, when I arrived they told be they had ordered the wrong tyre and coud get me one this pm, of course the cost when up from £49.xx to £57.00 of which I refused. Leaving it a while I tried your services and decided to have then fitted in Jet Wheels Tyres in Benfleet, not being annoyed by sitting around for 70 minutes to have just one tyre fitted, they went out of their way to try and add extras onto the tyre, starting with balancing which I thought was included at £6 (which I paid) then having the tyre filled with nitrogen, then a visit into the garage to get another tyre warning light fitted (at £12) then after check my tracking they offered me to correct it at £42. I honestly felt that next they were going to offer to raise my mum from the dead for a fee!! I would strongly suggest that any monies to be paid is paid to you before the fitting takes place. I know you were not responsible for the above, but I feel you should closely look at who you are using for as fitters so your customers do not feel they are getting their wallet "raped" on a visit to what should be a simple job”

“Cheapest around, tyres ordered arrived early and i received a call from the fitters informing me of thier arrival and i managed to get them fitted a day earlier which was extremely convenient. I will intend using this again and will recommend this to others”

“Please with the tyres and good price I got them fitted at GT tyres Carlisle good servicegreat friendly staff but I’m a little disappointed after washing my alloy wheels they have been marked slightly with the way the tyres have been put on (possibly) My alloys are polished black colour so I know every mark on them”

“Very very poor service. Always check if you can do cheaper with the tyre shop themselves as these guys were £10 more expensive. I feel thoroughly ripped off.”

“Not a great expierience ordered tyres on the Sunday.. was told they would be at my formula 1 fitting centre by 12.30 next day for fitting at 12.30 I had an email saying I couldn't have them fitted until 15.30 ...so i canceled as i needed them done thats why i picked the 12.30 time slot.....so thry asked for my feed back there it is.”
