“Tyres weren't at the fitting centre. Apparently they were shipped to another location. Took a day off to get mine and my wife cars tyres done. Whole day wasted and bow have to take another day to get them fitted from elsewhere.”

“Tyre savings was the cheapest around even beat tyres shopper and black circle only think is I would say the fitting center said its an hour slot I book so had to leave the car where I would normally wait for it to get done and it takes no where near a hour .”

“I booked the fitting service on Wednesday 12 noon but was informed via email on Wednesday morning that the tyres wouldn't be available until Friday. Another email was received on Friday informing that the tyres would be delivered ready for fitting on WEDNESDAY 🤔 I ordered run flat premium tyres but it nowhere shows on the tyres that they are run flat.”

“After a series of e-mails saying everything was on plan - I recieved one on Thursday saying the tyres were having to be shipped from another depot and would not be available for fitting on Saturday. Needless to say - unimpressed.”

“Appointment times a let down another client had the same time slot as myself web page needs to update when time slot has been taken Garage where tyres were fitted was good and sorted out muddle with no drama also when ordering you are not informed who you pay until you receive your confirmation e mail when phoned your help line operator stated every body rings and asks that but if a clue what needs doing to stop the calls overall very good service just a couple of silly niggles which ca be easily sorted”
