“very sad went to change the tyres on the time and date given & was told by two guys at the reception that there was no booking on their system we can't do anything & didn't want to know anything period so i had to go elsewhere to get it done as the tyre needed to be changed & costed me extra”

“The price of the tyres was very good. Booking the appointment for fitting was simple. The problem was that when I arrived at the garage for fitting, they were not expecting me. It seems Tyre savings had neglected to liaise with the garage before booking. They had no slot available but were able to fit me in later that afternoon. Could have been very inconvenient if I wasn’t free that day.”

“Not very good I'm afraid. I travelled 20 miles to get my tyres fitted at 11.30am but they wearn't delivered there until 30 minutes before the garage closing time! I thought you guys could've let me know a little sooner to save the initial wasted journey. I received your email at 11.46am! I had to travel back up there the next day. I must say I received a very professional and clean service from Colwil Garage and highly recommend them but very disappointed in my first use of your service.”

“Continental tyres ordered and fitting arranged only to be email the next day to be told they have no stock left. Should’ve been allowed to place order if no stock available . Very disappointing service with no alternative or incentive given to keep business.”

“The process on the website was fine, but upon arriving at the garage they had no knowledge of the booking beyond the tyres that I had ordered. Price, timeslot etc was all news to them. I had to wait over an hour for my car to be ready as they were 'overbooked', and then they charged me £15 more than what Tyre Savings quoted. I will not be using Tyre Savings or that terrible garage again.”

“Fantastic service, easy transaction. Tyres are brilliant, huge cost saving. Tyres fitted by Formula 1 in Chester. Offered free computerised wheel alignment check, glad it was done! Highly recommend this method of tyre purchase. 👍👏👏👏”

“On Friday morning I booked my tyres (2xAvonZV7) and was able to select the next day at 1.30pm.for them to be fitted. This was one of the main reasons for choosing Tyre Savings. At 9.30 am on the day if fitting (Saturday) I was informed by Tyre Savings that my tyres would not be available until Tuesday. As I needed the tyres urgently I asked Tyre Savings to fulfill their commitment to me and arrange fitting of a similar product. They did this but when I asked the price I was told "not sure" but it would be similar. When I got to the fitting appointment I was told the tyres would cost £50 more than the Avon's. I was not impressed. I took my custom elsewhere.”
