“I had an appointment via email to go to have my tires changed but when I got to hedge End garage. There was no appointment for me which means I wasted that day. Not booking my shift as I had made an appointment. I phoned the tyre Savings the lady said she was booking another appointment for Monday the 5/07/21. When I got to Hedge End on the 5th I was surprised that Hedge End garage could not see my appointment or email from Tyre Savings. Luckily enough they managed to put four new tyres for me as they were understanding my frustration of keep going there and being told there is no appointment for you. Tyre Savings have the potential to deliver good customer service if they improve on their communication line with the garages. Thank you. That was my experience for this feedback.”

“The process was easy and the fitting centre were excellent. quality tyre at a good price only downs side was that the same tyre was £14 more expensive the day after fitting as I needed another tyre.”

“Good service. Very quick response on my emails. Prices are very good. I selected tyre according to car Registration on their website and they refer me to wilco for fitting. Wilco was quick also but they said they are not AO tyres . I didn’t know what he was on about. Then I asked is it the right size he said yes but they are not AO. He made me confused. So then I googled about it and found out that it’s Audi recommended tyres. And they are a lot more expensive than what I selected.”
