“First time I ordered tyres everything was ok, but then I received an email saying, not in stock. Eventually, I chose different tyres and everything went to plan, the second time I ordered a similar thing happened. I emailed Sophie to ask about a different type, however, I didn't even get a reply, so I used another company, very frustrating and disappointing. I must say that having tyres fitted at formula one was excellent.”

“Overall a good service however, I don’t live anywhere near the garage and had to wait 3hrs for the tyres to be fitted. This meant I was walking around for 3hrs until the work was complete. As I had booked an hour slot I then assumed (wrongly) that the work would be carried out in this time which it wasn’t. There is nothing against the garage as work was carried out but there needs to be better communication between the garages and companies creating the booking. If there will be a waiting time this should also be stated prior to booking to reduce confusion.”

“Tyre savings is very good when it comes to tyres but as regarding to formula one in Enfield they are a very poorly run company. They could not fit the cam tyre because they don’t have the long jack for vans they told me I need to go to a van centre. This was my second encounter with them as before they told me they couldn’t fit a tyre on my car as they didn’t want be be held responsible for any scratch while fitting my tyres. I never seen or heard anything like this before. Do if you need yours do get it from tyre save but don’t get it fitted at formula one Enfield”

“Well for a start you sent the wrong size joyroad tyre so we couldn't have it fitted after going all the way to Newark to Formular 1 tyre service was a wasted journey. So today we have been back to Newark they got the right size tyre and the service was excellent very friendly and helpful”

“Great price - tyres arrived at fitters on time. Unfortunately, the fitters had had no communication from Tyresavings about my fitting appointment! So I was unable to have the fitting completed according to arrangements I had made and had to return at a later time -most inconvenient!! Fitters were great and helpful.”

“Unfortunately it was cancelled twice by the first fitters because they didn’t have any availability until the 22 December,auto centre in Dewsbury sorted me out straight away without any problems,brilliant service100% satisfied”

“As i was to find out 'tyresavings.com take your order & it in my case Just 'Tyres' fitted it. The price seemed good so i went ahead. I got a phone call from tyresavings.com asking me to change my appointment to 08.30 - okay fine. I got there at 8.25 (after being up all night) & had to wait until 09.00 as there was a truck & a car already booked for 08.30 = I wasn't happy”

“Tyres are good costumer services is good too but the garage in bedford just tyres your nominate fitting partner try avoid this branch at any cost Gigantic man call Steve he is not costumer friendly anyway I will buy tyres anymore overall service not worthy go back to guys”

“Easy to book and pay - issue with the centre they use. Do they not check their fitting centres? Very poor experience, no record of appointment in diary and very poor customer care from staff. Lots of negative Google reviews also. Please review the centres you use for a better customer experience.”

“Dear Tyresaving, The tyre was superb, the customer service not so, good. The tyre turned up late for my appointment at the fitting station. 8hrs later tyre fitted great job.”

“Tyres were delivered albeit late in the day and Formula One refused to fit them until the next day, which was extremely inconvenient. Late delivery is understandable as I had ordered them late the evening before, but a shame the fitters refused to honour the appointment.”

“After booking though tyer saved I was originally satisfied I had my order and my time slot booked in , the day before my appointment it was cancled and I was informed I had to choose a new fitter. The choice was limited but luckily I managed to find a local one able to do it and they were brilliant. But the overall customer service I received from tyre savings was questionable”
