This has to be a 5 Gold Star rating nothing else will do, from the moment you walk through the door and see the massive waiting area and smart reception area it puts you at ease. There are areas to sit and catch up on work should you need to do so while you wait for your car. The staff right from reception to the technicians are polite and very helpful to any problem you might have. The two ladies in reception made the booking in simple and easy after which they asked if i would like a hot drink and bought it to where i was sitting a very nice touch thank you. My wife had a problem with a damaged locking wheel nut but thanks to Jamie he not only solved it but also got us a new set of locking nuts and fitted them after putting on the new tyres. Once again thank you for an excellent service I would recommend any one to use Tyres Northampton they are the best around in opinion.
