After a very baffling week I am very pleased to say your experienced staff member has been able to identify the problem, may I add the problem was when another company put incorrect tyres on my vehicle and your staff member spotted this and had to replace the two new tyres previously fitted by them they should have been for a commercial vehicle they cut corners and chose to use others which could have been fatal, I am one very happy customer this proves to not go to your local company and go to one recommended to you
