“I made an order had no feedback on dispatch no tracking and i paid for express delivery and I'm still not waiting on my delivery. its a day late which has meant i have had to delay my project ensuring an extra cost. I made a call before placing my order and i was told if i ordered that night my goods will be dispatched on time. I then placed my order within 30min of hanging up the phone. This is the second time this has happened. I would struggle to recommend this company purely down to delivery poor communication and mis-information.”

“Delivery was quicker than anticipated which is always a bonus. The Twistfix kit does its job magnificently, with the minimum of fuss. I am very impressed.”

“The goods arrived within 24 hours as promised, when I opened the packet today there were 30 wall ties but only 20 wall plugs, I know this may seem a small issue but my nearest builders merchant is 40 min drive each way plus the 33.50 for the packet of plugs ,all this hassle for a moment of carelessness from one of your staff. I am disappointed. r dearden”

“Ordered a 'Crack Repair Kit' on Sunday and it was delivered on Tuesday morning. Can't get better than that. Kit came with comprehensive instructions and all the materials needed to do the job. Well done, thanks.”

“Hi it's good, I am in Dublin Ireland, the stuff I bought is 37 euro.but it's transportation is 15 euro.pls try to make free delivery in Dublin or make a warehouse in Dublin. Tx”

“I have received the wrong component, I have my builders on site and it cost me extra money now having to resolve this. I ordered a k11 flex 3 parts and got k11 slurry really unhappy”
