“You forgot to write my name on the parcel! The post office almost didn't give it to me but I described the item and they said they had it in back but warned next time they wouldn't give it to me. Also you got the order wrong - I ordered 90mm and instead received 70mm, which is completely useless for my application. TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE”

“I paid for next day delivery 1 part turned up 4 days later the resin turned up the next day after the first package I paid for 2 sets of bars only received 1 so I had to cancel the bars , I am still waiting for a refund and I had pay for wasting the guys time to fit the bars. So all in all it ended up costing me far more than it should have, I ended up getting the extra bars locally because the guys had turned to install and I did not want to turn them away again. So to answere your question my experience with dealing with your company was very poor, even after endless calls to yourselfs I just kept getting the same answere, the courier company have misplaced the order. To be honest I don’t care who’s fault it was, repayment for 1 set of bars and perhaps a repayment for next day delivery would be nice.”

“Power unit does not work, wired it in plugged in the plug expecting that to be it and the unit doesn't even power on. No indicator light, checked with phase tester no output atal.”

“I order crack sealer plus to repair a wall but you send me only a little bit looks like I,m repairing a phone screen . I have bay that staff before from different company but it was a loot more great staff and good price .very bed don't trust ....”

“I ordered £500 worth of paint on Thursday - with next day delivery promised. It didn't arrive on the Friday (issues with their courier, apparently) and no offer to get it to us on the Saturday. So am hoping it'll turn up today. But as DIY-ers with full time Mon - Fri jobs and who only have weekends to work on the property, that's put us a week behind schedule. Not impressed.”

“Ordered some items on a Thursday morning for a next day delivery which i had paid for, had my wife wait in all day, no delivery was made, had cost me a day wages , as i had staff waiting for the products so work could be carried out the day after receiving the goods. further more after tracking the item through APS couriers it appeared that they had magically turned up & dropped in a card, [ TOTAL LIE] as non had been received. Was very furious with the poor service, given that it was my first & certainly will be my last time i purchase through this company. finally had to purchase items elsewhere. OVERALL MY WORK WAS DELAYED, I WAS OUT OF POCKET & A CLIENT LEFT UNHAPPY.”

“Nearly cost me a lot of money by sending the wrong size remedial ties. Good job I checked on the inside. All I got in response was oh we must have picked the wrong size off the shelf not even a sorry.”

“very soft material so not suitable for stone walls even with 5mm pilot hole, also expensive hammer in tool doesn't fit the nail heads very well, just bounces off, so overall rubbish method and questionable trades description offence in advert....”

“Purchased s/s fixings to fix insulated boards to block walls; don't hold tight so if your boards aren't perfectly flat and wall likewise, stick with dabs. Also, would not hold in turbo blocks; had to use as masonry nails in joints! Wasted my money.”
