“I ordered a lintol reinforcement kit on Monday morning, realised on Tuesday morning I needed a lintol repair kit as well and ordered that as well. Both orders came the next day, Tuesday and Wednesday, cannot ask for better than that. Not used the kits yet, but hopefully no problems. Thank you Twistfix.”

“Havn't actually fitted the kit yet, but the customer service received was absolutley great. I'd sent an enquiry along with a picture and Ray called me back really quickly, talked me through the job and the suitablke products. Very grate ful for the help. The order arrived today, fast delivery and nbow we can get on and fit the job. Would use again if we ever needed to!”

“Lectros power unit ordered and received within 48 hours. Order note was received but no receipt. The unit is a new style and, although easy to connect, it would have been useful to have a notice about the change and method of fixing.”

“The damp proofing cream that I ordered on a Wednesday afternoon arrived on Friday. I paid an extra £4 for fastest delivery and had hoped to receive the goods on Thursday, as standard delivery was indicated for Friday in any event; but Friday it was. The cream itself was fine but the applicator tube split as soon as it was placed under pressure. I then ordered a further large tube of teh cream (as the damp was worse than expected) and that arrived after two days as per the previous order. This time the applicator tube was found to be broken in half when removed from the packaging and apart from the unwanted mess that resulted, this meant that there was more wastage than expected and I now have to order tube no. 3. So overall, the product was fine but the delivery arrangements, packaging and quality of teh applicator tube need some work!”

“I did ring for some technical info and I was told I would get a return call. But this didn't happen so I was pretty disappointed. Products arrived fairly promptly though”
