“The Hamstone yellow repair kit arrived very quickly. Unfortunately the colour was too bright. The Hamstone dye tester also is exceptionally yellow. This may be better suited for brick repair rather than natural stone.”

“Good price and very fast ( next day) delivery. However on the box says there is 10 stainless bars but inside There are just 5!”

“I made a purchase at 1042 and was told it would arrive next day which sounded good at the time. I was a bit upset when it didn't but arrived the following day. I have not used the product as yet but looks good quality.”

“Decent service on the phone, good product knowledge and helped me out when the delivery went wrong. However, you seems to ignore the notes I sent you about delivery and where to leave the items, which meant the courier took them back to an office somewhere I can't get to. Despite sorting it out for me in the end (again, good phone service), I am now getting a delivery on Monday instead of Thursday, which hasn't helped at all.”

“I actually ordered 65mm, the order showed 65mm but the package contained 85mm, I'm sure it will be fine although I've not used them yet. The order was shipped the next day and collection from my local Matalan was a breeze so cannot fault that. Maybe a bit more attention to packing the right goods would be better.”

“Seriously helpful delivery driver. However, while the box containing 4 cans wasn't marked or damaged, inside two can were severely dented, one was leaking. Someone packed knackered cans. Not impressed.”

“The damp proofing cream that I ordered on a Wednesday afternoon arrived on Friday. I paid an extra £4 for fastest delivery and had hoped to receive the goods on Thursday, as standard delivery was indicated for Friday in any event; but Friday it was. The cream itself was fine but the applicator tube split as soon as it was placed under pressure. I then ordered a further large tube of teh cream (as the damp was worse than expected) and that arrived after two days as per the previous order. This time the applicator tube was found to be broken in half when removed from the packaging and apart from the unwanted mess that resulted, this meant that there was more wastage than expected and I now have to order tube no. 3. So overall, the product was fine but the delivery arrangements, packaging and quality of teh applicator tube need some work!”

“I ordered the Wall Tie Kit. Delivery was fine and the order process was easy. The wall ties were fine but the kit was not as good quality and broke almost immediately.”

“I was pleased with the cost and the product I brought , but there was a bucket missing out of the kit , (luckily there was one at hand) , and also delivery was a day late, which was not to bad, but I was using the kit on Saturday if it had not turned up on Friday I would have missed the appointment to use it.”

“Order was quickly dispatched, but was partly incorrect. It took two attempts by Twistfix to correct the error, which they did without argument, and each subsequent dispatch was made quickly. We all have our off days, but I was pleased with the manner in which they dealt with the problems. I would use them again as the products and process are good.”

“Materials delivered as ordered and eventually did the job. Only problem is there were ten rods to drive in and the sds driver bit supplied wore down after six and so required to be drilled out in order to finish the job. Suggest either supply two driver bits per pack or source a more hard wearing product.”
