“the item came well packaged and very quick it was a matter of unscrewing old letter box and replacing it with new one No more rattling door thanks”

“There was a delay in delivery but otherwise both service and product were very good. A staff member dealt promptly and helpfully with a problem I had in understanding how to install the letter plate. I would use this firm again and would be happy to recommend it to others.”
