“This is the first time we've used TrophyMaster but we're very happy with the service. It was a large order with a lot of individual engravings required and some last minute changes but the team at TrophyMaster dealt with everything that arose. Great, helpful, friendly service. Highly recommended.”

“Fair price. Guy on the phone taking my payment was very helpful. Disappointed as there was a lot of scratches and glue on my medal. Probably wouldn't order again as I feel finishing care wasn't there. Should have been slightly protected and the scratches are inexcusable. Fair for price but still expect better care.”

We were disappointed that you were unhappy with the medal bought from TrophyMaster. We have investigated the described issues and we have no evidence of damage or scratches from our quality control department. It may be possible damage has occurred during transit. “Our golf event was on Saturday 10th Oct 2015 this was the first annual event for the Royal Henry Cup the trophies from trophymaster were outstanding. We now will be getting all our sporting trophies from them a big thank you trophymaster from all who took part. SHOULDER OF MUTTON KIRBY HILL RICHMOND NORTH YORKSHIRE”
