“The ordering process online is very simple, with a great selection of products and engraving options, all at very good prices. Having finalised my order, I was given an estimated date that the engraved trophies would be ready, and this date was met. I met a very friendly member of staff to collect the trophies, who was happy to check the quality of the order for me. The engraving was perfect and looked very smart, the trophies themselves of a good quality, and all in all it was a very positive experience. I would thoroughly recommend TrophyMaster to anyone wanting their end-of-season awards trophies or similar.”

“I contacted the firm before placing my order just to clarify a few points and they were more than helpful. After placing the order I received an email detailing the order and engraving to make sure it was what I wanted. I then received the complete order which was in good time and very well packaged, I checked one item which was perfect and I hope the rest is on distribution to our club members but I am sure they will be.”

“I have been dealing with TrophyMaster for a number of years and have always found the service to be excellent. The staff have always been courteous, helpful and very friendly, the service quick and efficient and the product good. At today's event several people came up to me and volunteered how much they liked the design and appearance of the trophies which had been awarded and how appropriate they were. “Although the product was at a good price there were some improvements to the process that I would like to see. There appeared to be no way of specifying the style or size of the engraving or even the particular layout. In addition the base of the trophy had not been engraved as requested. However the company reacted very quickly to this omission.”

“I ordered a pewter mug over the phone which I needed engraving. The ordering was easy and the mug was ready for collection 24 hours early and engraved (properly!) just as I had requested. Amazing service and quality. Would give 6* if I could. Thank you TrophyMaster.”
