“When buying low cost goods p&P can make a huge difference. P&P was a large part of the cost. Goods themselves were as one would expect for a fiver but the bonus was the engraving that was included. Great for a novelty award as this was but will probably buy locally ongoing as the p&p negate the good value for money for the goods.”

We're really pleased that you liked the trophy you bought from us and that it arrived with you in good time and intact. It's also great to hear that our efforts to include the cost of engraving into the £4.99 price that you paid for the trophy was appreciated. Sorry that you were'nt happy to pay the £3.99 delivery charge. Because many of the trophies we supply are fragile, it's important that we carefully pack each item to try and minimize in-transit damage. Each order is different in terms of value and parcel size / weight. We do try to offer competitive prices for our trophies & awards and make a particular effort to advise customers of our delivery charges before they make a purchase (including publishing this information on Google and other search engines). This is unlike some other internet suppliers, who hide their delivery charges until their customer is at the final stages of checkout! We do offer Free Delivery to your address location for orders that have a value in excess of £50 and we do hope that you will have an opportunity to benefit from this in the future. “When I rang to order my trophy the guy on the end of the phone was very helpful. I advised of a required delivery date which was met and exceeded. The trophy is exactly as I wanted and I couldn't be happier with the service. Highly recommended!”
