“Excellent customer service throughout. Plenty of time given over to explaining the range of trophies on offer together with the pros and cons of each. Also had some trophies to be engraved and they were done efficiently. Will be using them again.”

“The communication was very good and delivery well within our requirements. Our Golf Society is quite small with a limit budget for trophies. This is the first time we have used Trophy Master. At the presentation ceremony after our latest two day competition, Members remarked that the trophies did seem to be of a higher quality than those in previous years. The reproduction of our emblem was very good. Thank you. I hope we will be able to use your services for our next two major competitions this year.”

“I rang up to ask if it was possible to have a quick delivery for the order because I needed the medals within two days. The staff were really friendly and helpful and were able to deliver the medals the next day. The medals themselves were excellent quality. I was very happy with every part of the service and would definitely recommend and be using in the future!”

“My order was easily placed and free delivery was quick. Unfortunately, one trophy was damaged so emailed to request a replacement. Received a quick reply email to confirm that a replacement would be dispatched and with me shortly. Great service and the trophies are nice too.”

“Very good service. Trophy engraved and delivered two days after ordering during the busy Easter period. Couple of imperfections on the trophy itself, but that's probably due to me being cheap and going for a £20 trophy! Would highly recommend their services.”

“I ordered just under 20 trophies for a company event. They were all reasonably priced and very well made. The engraving was also of good quality that added that little but etc to the trophy. The order was quickly dispatched and delivered. Would definitely buy from again and highly recommend. Dilon”
