“Trophies were all 'OK'. Disappointed the wooden spoon wasn't actually wooden, don't know why it wasn't. The club from the main golfing trophy I ordered feels like it's made from rubber and came separated from trophy, not convincing or the greatest quality. The engraving on all trophies was excellent; delivery and correspondence from trophy master also very good. May use again but will probably try elsewhere first to see if quality of trophies for the price is a market wide issue or just one at trophy master.”

The GWA1448 Pinnacle Wooden Spoon is a very popular & is as a budget award, is competitively priced. This award is made of resin and not wood, which is mentioned in the online description. However, having received your comment, we will endeavour to make the desription of this and similar items even clearer for the future, If you would like to exchange the Pinnacle Wooden Spoon award for another item, please contact us on 0115 981 5300 or email enquiries@trophymaster.co.uk and we can take you through the exchange process & costs. Golf statuettes that are posed in the act of swinging the club are less easy to transport without damage when the club remains secured to the main body of the figure. Previous experience has drawn manufacturers towards using the most resistant materials for the club itself (sometimes a rubberized finish is used) and this style of trophy is now nearly always provided with the club as a separate item, to reduce the risk of in-transit damage. We hope that your experience will not put you off ordering from TrophyMaster again. “Emfec ordered medallions and presentation boxes for the Prepare East Midlands Skills Competitions held at several FE colleges over Apprenticeship Week. The medallions were of high quality and the engraving was excellent. Unfortunately, several of the boxes were damaged by the delivery company, but one call to Trophy Master sorted this out to very tight timescales. Their service and professionalism was excellence and I would recommend their services to anyone.”

“Order arrived with chips out of the trophy bases and scratches along the engraving plate which was also put on squint. Similar issues happened with my order last year too but I had time to receive replacements. This year I had to use the damaged trophies as there was no time for replacements to be sent. Not sure if I would use the company again.”

Hi there. Very sorry that there was a problem with your trophies and that the marble base arrived chipped with resultant scratching to an engraving plate. Whilst we do our best to ensure that all trophies are carefully packed before despatch; on rare occasions, because of the nature of in-transit parcel handling, damage can occur which is largely out of our control and always regrettable. On this occasion, it seems that we didn't have the time to replace the bases / plates before they were presented, which is unfortunate. If you would like to receive replacement bases and or engraving plates retrosectively, please send us a digital photo image of the damage by email to enquiries@trophymaster.co.uk and we'll arrange to sort something out for you. “The company kept me informed of what stage my order was at which, was really useful and stopped any worries about getting it on time. I got a 1hr deliver slot so no bagging about. The quality of the tankard and the engraving was great. My mum was really happy when she so it. Thank you x”
